How can I order?

    What is your return policy?
    You may return unused, undamaged products in orginal packaging within 7 business days of your receipt for a refund, exchange, or return.  In case of a refund or an exchange, you are responsible for shipping charges. 

    How is your shipping charge calculated?
    We cannot accurately estimate shipping charges, until we package all your orders together.  Average shipping charge is $10.00 per order.  We will supply you with the actual shipping cost upon shipment of your order.  However, if the shipping charge is over $15.00, we will get your approval before shipping your order.

    Where is my order?
    We supply you with a UPS tracking number in the shipment notice we send you via email.  Please go to http://www.ups.com to receive any tracking information.
